Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Physical Therapists for a part-time role with school districts in the Covington, GA area. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional therapeutic services and support student growth and mobility within the school environment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students physical therapy needs.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress.

Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with IEP requirements.

Provide training to school staff to support adaptive techniques and equipment use.
Requirements:

Masters or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.

Active Georgia Physical Therapy License required.

Experience in a school-based setting preferred.
